TPi Arcade is the most advanced Aluminum V-Process sand casting facility in the US. Their 55,000 total square-foot facility houses state-of-the-art computer controlled equipment run by manufacturing experts. TPi realizes today’s speed to market challenges and is optimized to provide a cast sample in as little as 2 weeks and production parts a week after sample approval. TPi can provide anything from prototypes to low volume production to raw castings to turnkey programs for a single source solution.

Watry Industries is one of the most automated, high-tech, permanent mold foundries in the industry. Located in Sheboygan Wisconsin on the western shore of Lake Michigan just 2 & 1/2 miles east of I-43, Watry currently encompasses 271,800 square feet and owns land for future expansion to the existing plant.
Processes offered are CAD Design for molds, fixtures, and specialty equipment for secondary operations, building of this tooling and equipment, permanent and semi-permanent mold casting, heat treating, precision machining, powder coating, pad printing, and sub-assembly, all performed in house by Watry.

Located in Attleboro, Massachusetts, Castechnologies is the leader in providing precision, machined, zinc aluminum castings from the Graphite Permanent Mold (GPM) process.
This process, which Castechnologies uses exclusively, combines the low cost of easily machined graphite molds with a high-strength zinc-aluminum alloy, ZA-12, to provide an economical alternative to other manufacturing processes in annual volumes of 500-15,000 pieces.
Castechnologies broad knowledge of the Graphite Permanent Mold process and modern machining techniques will maximize the process to the benefit of the customer. They design and build their casting equipment in their own facility and continually upgrade their equipment utilizing up-to-date, off-the-shelf components.

K&H Precision Products, Inc. was established in 1985 providing a superior quality part and on-time delivery with clear and open communication. K&H Precision Products is a family-owned and operated American manufacturer offering complete production services from complex design and pattern-making to prototyping and low-volume production.
With recently expanded foundry and de-flash departments, complete with a no-bake sand molding line and a plaster mold line, K&H operates in a 17,000 sq. ft. facility.
